Daniel Ives

CHAIRMAN 

Mr. Ives is a Managing Director, Senior Equity Research Analyst and Global Head of Technology Research at Wedbush Securities. Recently, he was appointed Chairman of the Board at Eightco Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: ORBS), the first-of-its-kind Worldcoin treasury strategy. Mr. Ives has been a tech analyst on Wall Street for over two decades covering the software and the broader technology sector. He spent the first few years of his career as a financial analyst at HBO and then received his MBA in Finance before becoming a globally known technology equity research analyst and Managing Director with FBR Capital Markets for 16 years, focusing on the enterprise software/hardware sectors including cyber security, cloud computing, big data technology, and the mobile landscape. A major area of his research focus is electric vehicles and disruptive technology over the next decade.

 

Mr. Ives is a highly sought after tech expert around the world, has been a keynote speaker across the US, Europe, Australia, and Asia and regularly makes television appearances on networks such as CNBC, Bloomberg, CNN, Fox News, BBC, NBC, CBS, ABC, MSNBC, France 24, Sky News, ABC Australia, TV Tokyo and many networks around the world to provide commentary related to his technology expertise. Dan has also appeared on The Today Show, Good Morning America, CBS Mornings, PBS NewsHour, NBC Nightly News, ABC World News Tonight, CBS Evening News, CNN’s Erin Burnett OutFront, Last Week Tonight with John Oliver, and The Daily Show. Dan can be heard regularly doing radio on the tech sector for Bloomberg, ABC News, NPR, BBC, and other radio programs. He holds a BS in Finance from Penn State University and an MBA from the University of Maryland.

Kevin O'Donnell

CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER - BOARD MEMBER

Mr. O’Donnell founded Poptop Partners, LLC, a boutique operating and investment firm specializing in small to mid-market companies with an emphasis on the retail sector in April 2011 and continues to serve as its Managing Partner. From May 2007 to June 2010, Mr. O’Donnell served as the Founder/President of KOR Capital, LLC, a private equity and consulting firm specializing in turn around management of mid-market companies. Mr. O’Donnell has been an early-stage investor in multiple industries including hospitality, beverage, cannabis, hemp and technology. Mr. O’Donnell has served or continues to serve on numerous private and public boards including but not limited to SRM Entertainment, Lakeside Alternatives Hospital Foundation, and The University Club. Mr. O’Donnell brings to ORBS close to 25 years of strategic corporate growth, financial structuring, leadership, and business development initiatives to emerging growth companies.

Frank Jennings

BOARD MEMBER - COMPENSATION COMMITTEE CHAIR - NOMINATING COMMITTEE CHAIR

Mr. Jennings has served as a member of the Board since October 13, 2021. Since 2019, Mr. Jennings has served as the Chief Sales Officer at Castlight Health. From August 2014 to 2019, Mr. Jennings was employed as the Vice President of Sales, North America by Doctor on Demand, Inc., an innovative healthcare telemedicine provider. He currently serves as an advisor at Aptihealth and Covera Health. Mr. Jennings is a co-founder of the CMK Foundation, a charitable organization which has been helping people in local communities since 2009. Mr. Jennings brings to ORBS 30 years of experience in business development and management of sales professionals in a variety of technology-adjacent industries.

Nicolas Caiano

BOARD MEMBER

​Mr. Caiano currently serves as Chief Financial Officer at Cytometric Therapeutics, where he leads capital formation strategies to fund clinical trials for groundbreaking cancer therapies. He is also the Founding Partner of Olea Management LLC, where he advises family offices and early-stage companies across diverse industries, including technology, finance, and consumer goods, on capital raising and mergers and acquisitions. Previously, Mr. Caiano was a Partner and Director of Research at Pinyon Asset Management, managing a global event-driven equity and credit portfolio. His career also includes senior roles at Paulson & Co. Inc., J.P. Morgan Chase, and Bear, Stearns & Co. Inc.

Louis Foreman

BOARD MEMBER - AUDIT COMMITTEE CHAIR

Louis Foreman is the founder and Chief Executive of Enventys, an integrated product design and engineering firm. Over the past 34 years Louis has created 10 successful start-ups and has been directly responsible for the creation of over 20 others. In 2013, Mr. Foreman was appointed by the SBA Administrator to serve on the National SBDC Advisory Board until the end of 2022. In 2008, Mr. Foreman was appointed by United States Secretary of Commerce Carlos M. Gutierrez to serve for a three-year term on the nine-person Patent Public Advisory Committee (PPAC) of the United States Patent and Trademark Office. In 2011, he was appointed by Secretary Gary Locke to serve an additional three-year term. In addition to being an inventor, Mr. Foreman was the creator of the Emmy Award winning PBS TV show, Everyday Edisons, and served as the Executive Producer and lead judge. Mr. Foreman currently serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the James Dyson Foundation, the Intellectual Property Owners Association (IPO), New Dominion Bank, The Federal Reserve Bank Industry Roundtable, Beyond Campus Innovations, and the Intellectual Property Owners Educational Foundation (IPOEF). Mr. Foreman has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Illinois. Mr. Foreman brings to ORBS significant experience with start-ups and knowledge of intellectual property matters.
